The Black Exchange is a Black Woman Owned and Operated Marketplace located in the heart of George Floyd Square. Our mission is to gather community, celebrate culture, and connect through collaboration. The market is where BIPOC Owned Businesses come together to forge a path to building and sustaining multi-generational wealth. By highlighting BIPOC Owned Businesses we continue to make efforts in closing the racial wealth gap in Minnesota. 

The market is OPEN TO ALL who want to shop, support, and contribute to our mission. It will be held indoors every Sunday, May 1-October 30, 10am to 4pm. There will be various types of retailers, service providers, food, and informational/educational vendors in attendance. There will also be special events like The Celebration of George Floyd’s life in May, a Juneteenth Celebration in June, and a Back-to-School Celebration for the youth in September, just to name a few.
