ELCD is creating a Housing Development series on the affordable housing continuum, housing cooperatives, housing finance, and housing policy. Led by community-based housing experts and BIPOC, low wealth, and other groups challenged by housing access and stability, the sessions will be an opportunity to expand knowledge in housing and focus on creating effective housing policies and practices to better meet the continuum of housing needs.
