Your story is yours to tell. Join our growing community of self-advocates expanding our voice and choice through the arts!

• Explore self-expression and communication through theater, dance, poetry, music and more!

• Strengthen your self-advocacy skills for home, work, and relationships!

• Connect with and support your peers!


All adults with disabilities ages 18+ are welcome.

Taught by our roster of highly-accomplished Teaching Artists. 

Family members, support staff or PCA’s are asked to remain in the building for the duration of class, or better yet, join in!

Fall classes run October 2021 – January 2022

Hybrid – Tuesday 11-12pm CST
Online over Zoom – or – in-person at Pillsbury House Theatre in Minneapolis, MN.

Online – Wednesday 4-5pm CST
Online over Zoom.

In-Person – Friday 10-11am CST
In-person at Young Dance in St. Paul, MN.

ASL Interpretation and online Closed Captions provided.
Pay-what-you-can for each class. Coming soon! Pay with waivered dollars.
