Lower Phalen Creek Project and the Urban Bird Collective are so excited for our year end birding celebration! For our December bird walk, we’ll be sipping tea, roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, and visiting with our winged relatives at Wakaŋ Tipi. This enhanced monthly bird walk is a chance to connect, make new birding buddies, and enjoy the spirit of the season. 

We welcome all but will focus these events for our Black, Indigenous and People of Color and LGBTQ+ communities and their families, as part of our commitment to supporting equity in our shared green spaces.
