The city of Minneapolis is updating its climate action plan (this is good), but a plan on paper means nothing without the funds, and the will, to make it happen. That's why we're demanding Minneapolis leaders set up a democratically controlled fund to create a thriving, clean energy city that works for everyone, no exceptions.
