New Dawn Sculpture Selected for the Greenway
Local artist Heather Doyle's proposed sculpture, New Dawn, received the most votes in our recent contest. More than 550 votes were received, with the overwhelming majority voting for Heather's design. Heather will now start working on the final design for the light-emitting sculpture, which will be located in the Greenway at the top of the 18th Avenue ramp.
Funding is still be needed to fabricate and install the actual sculpture; and it will require approval and permits from local government agencies.
Will you help fund the fabrication and installation of the sculpture by making a tax-deductible donation?
